There can only be one number one set and yours truly deserves that position. Each coin is an incredibly beautiful work of art.
This is an amazing set. The grades are impressive but what makes the set a truly stunning achievement is the matched nature of coins. What an accomplishment!
Tom McCarroll showed me the 1936 Brilliant several years ago. It was--and remains--the most dazzling coin I've ever seen. My greatest numismatic regret is that I didn't buy when he offered it at $40K.
