About This Set: This current #6 mint set contains twenty coins. Considered as the first mint set of the new millennium, the set continued the same pattern of coins from the previous two years. The five annual state quarters were New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Vermont and Kentucky. They were represented by the P and D mint issues and were joined by the Cent, the Nickel, the Dime, Half and Dollar. Due to their lack of use, this would be the last year the Kennedy Half and Sacagawea Dollar would be struck in circulation quantities. This set ranks #6 as all-time finest set and all coins in this set are encapsulated in the standard blue holders. This set presently contains one top pop coin. (2015)
